Like every system, organizations consist of sub-systems such as departments, teams and employees. As a whole they can learn and develop. I support learning and development processes in organizations with training and coaching.
I redesign my trainings according to the unique needs and goals of each organization. I mostly work in the areas of interpersonal relations, communication skills, development of managerial and leadership competencies and behavior change in groups of 10-16 people with an adult learning approach. I provide trainings supported by awareness practices, e-learning, individual sessions and group coaching.
